He managed to hold her close to himself with one arm while cupping the top of her arm beneath her shoulder to pull the blood flow into her fingertip's - I watched him do this three times to get her blood circulating, each time holding out her arm TO THE grasping her fingertip's, yet her arm fell limp EACH TIME... and the dream ended.
